Abyssby =Dae-Thalin

Traditional Art / Drawings / Fantasy

Before any questions come up: I drew Dae as a younger dragon, so he has scales and skin on his head

Well, this is the first complete Dae-drawing since....April 2010?
Suddenly I had a random idea for a picture of him. It was supposed to be a small drawing but in the end I put more details in it than planned.
There are two little design changes, now he has blue crystals instead of claws at the end of his wing-fingers and metallic spikes all over his back

So, I hope you like him

Older pictures of younger Dae:

Medium: Copic Markers, Polychromo Pencils(this time on copic paper) and a little bit white acryl colour

Time taken: At least over 12 hours

I really love this piece of art, the concept shows an incredible firmness, especially with the way you colored; as a matter of fact I give the coloring the best-of-it-award, the way you managed to oppose light blue and black while retaining a perfect harmony is simply superb, it feels as if each of the colors is in a fierce clash but, at the same time, both win, revealing their wonderful presence.
Big, big props.
